Sustainable Technologies
This section is designed as a resource for missionaries, farmers, volunteers, and anyone interested in living more sustainably. We plan to cover many topics here; sources of seed, water pumping, composting, water filtration, low cost housing, alternate fuels, micro-enterprises, etc. In the near future we will developing small farm equipment (flour mill, corn sheller, thresher, peanut sheller, etc.) that can be bicycle powered as well as operated by the Empower-train farm vehicle. So please check back often. We welcome others to send information they feel is important to share with our "World-Community".
This catalogue is designed as a resource for those interested in living more sustainably and self sufficiently. We have attempted to include the “best of the best”, products that are healthy for you, easy on the planet, and designed to last. Our goal is to help you live as low cost as possible, as comfortable as possible, as secure as possible, and truly free. We call it 1850 simplicity with 21st century technology. Engineering details for the “Sustainable Optimized Steel (S.O.S.) House” have been included. This building can be erected in less than 3 days, and is designed to survive hurricane force winds. Do you want to lower your carbon foot print, retire early, keep more of your hard earned income? You can. Order the S.O.S. house kit and just add land. Many topics are covered in this catalogue, so please read on and let us know what you think…
